Oconomowoc Five Os

The Five O's opened the 2009 Tri County Night League with a 15-5 loss against Kewaskum. Kewaskum jumped ahead with a 1-0 lead in the top of the first before pouring on seven more runs in the top of the 3rd. Oconomowoc tried to battled back with three runs in the bottom of the 3rd and two more in the bottom of the 4th however the A's and seven errors by Oconomowoc were too much to handle.
Oconomowoc was led by Matt Huffaker at the plate who was 2 for 4 including a 3 run home run. Chris Fischer took the loss for Oconomowoc and five different players took the hill for Oconomowoc. The loss puts Oconomowoc at 0-1 in the Tri County Night League and 3-1 overall.
