Despite starting pitcher Josh Bouche taking a no-hitter into the 7th, the Five O's were down 9-4 going into the bottom of the 8th against Hustisford in Tri County action on Friday night. Chandler Ziemann led off the bottom of the 8th by drawing a walk and was followed by three more walks. Erik Olson singled to left to put the score at 9-6 and the bases still loaded. After a flyout, Jeff Rhoads then belted a grand slam to left field putting the score at 10-9. The Five O's retired Hustisford in the top of the 9th to preserve the win.
On the mound, Josh Bouche started for Oconomowoc and went 6.1 innings allowing four runs on two hits while walking six, striking out four and hitting one batter. Jeff Rhoads got the win going the final 2.2 innings allowing five runs on six hits while walking two, striking out one and hitting one batter.
At the plate Oconomowoc was led by Mike Bolson who was 2 for 2 with a double, two runs scored and three walks. Brett Marshall was 2 for 4 with a double, walk and three RBIs. Jeff Rhoads had a grand slam.
