After 5 straight wins against the Stonemen, Lannon struck back with an 11-4 win over Oconomowoc on Sunday. 11 runners left on base combined with 10 walks by started Luke Nelson and powerful Lannon hitting pushed Oconomowoc down to 2nd place in the LOL West. Veteran pitcher Ron Kozlowski earned the win for Lannon throwing eight innings and going 3 for 5 with two doubles and two runs. Tim Olszewski came in to pitch the 9th and gave up no runs and two hits.
At the plate, Oconomowoc was led by Paul Gephart, Luke Nelson and Erik Olson who had 3 hits apiece. Mike Bolson and Kevin Raasch contributed 2 hits each in the losing effort. Luke Nelson threw the entire game for Oconomowoc giving up 12 hits, 10 walks and notching 7 strike outs.
Oconomowoc continues action this Tuesday with SWABA play in Watertown at 6:00 pm.
